Welcome
to our farm in Creston, Ohio.
We
purchased our first Missouri Fox Trotter over twenty years ago, and have been in
love with them ever since. One by one our family’s square trotting horses
were replaced by smooth gaited, docile Fox Trotters. Over the years we
have made every effort to raise sound, sensible trail horses, with gentle,
good-natured temperaments, intelligence, easy going natural gaits, willingness
to please, and good looks too. We now have mares and stallions producing
offspring that generally meet our goals. We have horses on our farm in an
array of colors, including Palomino, Spotted, Grullo, Dunn, Bay, Grey, Cremello,
Chestnut and Black. For me there is nothing quite as exciting as
seeing a three day old foal fox trotting along with its little head bobbing up
and down just as fast as it can go.
We
continually strive to improve our horses and maintain the standards of the
Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed Association.
When the MFTHBA says…”To ride
one, is to own one”…trust me, they’re not kidding!!!
